On the 20th and 21st of May, the DVMD (German Association for Documentation and Information Management in Medicine) is offering two further online seminars titled “Klinische Dokumentation” (Clinical documentation) and “Berufsziel medizinisches Informationsmanagement” (Career in Medical Information Management) in their “DVMD-Focus” series. The first seminar will cover the topics of external quality assurance, data linking, speech recognition or AI and the second seminar will give insight into medical information management, including training, studies, fields of work and job perspectives.

The “DVMD-Focus” series started successfully in February 2021 with seminars such as “Innovative Konzepte für die online-basierte Lehre“ (Innovative concepts for online-based teaching), “Tumor-Dokumentation“ (tumor documentation) and “FHIR Basiswissen“ (Fast Healthcare Interoperable Resources basic knowledge). Participants valued the time-saving access to concise, high-level information and knowledge exchange, which could easily be integrated into their work routine. This led to extensive positive feedback and a significant increase in DVMD memberships.
