Metronomia has successfully switched from paper-based management of quality documents to carizma QM -  an electronic system for the management of regulated documents and CAPAs.

After an intensive and careful review of the marketplace Metronomia finally decided end of 2012 to go with carizma QM, an userfriendly, powerful and validated DMS. carizma QM supports:

• Template management
• Automatic versioning
• Audit trail
• Integrated workflows for review, approval and training
• Report functionality>
• Overview over outstanding commitments e.g. notification of due dates for review.

End of 2013 all existing regulated quality documents (SOPs, Working Instructions, Templates) were automatically migrated to carizma QM.

After a few month of regular operation Metronomia's QA department as well as other system users are very happy with what has been achieved. The team continues to work with the vendor on further enhancements of carizma QM, but already now the automatic workflows and electronic signatures have contributed to efficiency gains in day to day work with regulated documents.
