Metronomia, a european full-service CRO with special focus on data management and biostatistical services, is pleased to announce that Dorothea Wessiepe has been appointed Group Leader Biometrics at Metronomia. Dorothea helds a diploma (MSc) in mathematics and was with Astellas Pharma for more than nine years, finally as Senior Manager Biostatistics. She brings an excellent understanding of all statistical aspects of drug development as well as new methodological issues (e.g. adaptive designs). She has taken over major responsibilities from Rudolf Koehne-Volland, Managing Director and Head of Biometrics, who will continue to head the department.
