2020 – A Year of Resilience & Reflection
resilience

the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.
reflection
/rɪˈflɛkʃ(ə)n/
noun
serious and careful thought.
After some time for reflection, the team at METRONOMIA concluded that we are thankful for many things this year, 2020.
First and foremost, we are thankful for the health and wellbeing of our employees and their loved ones. By some miracle, we managed to make it through 2020 without one verified case of COVID-19 in our offices, which remained open and operational throughout the year.
Secondly, we are thankful for the health of our business, directly linked to the health of the businesses of our partners and customers. The ethical and sustainable way of doing business, which has been our credo for over 30 years, has kept our relationships and reputation strong, both internally within our organization and externally with our supporters. As the end of the year approaches, we wish our supporters around the globe a restful and peaceful winter holiday season.
Moreover, we are thankful for the achievement of “30 Years METRONOMIA”. Thanks to our dedicated employees, past and present, and to our customers and partners for your loyalty, trust, collaboration and ongoing support!
Lastly, we are thankful for the resilience shown by individuals, groups, businesses, communities, municipalities, cities, states, national authorities and governments for their ongoing efforts to minimize the impact of COVID-19 and its aftermath. We recognize that no one body has all of the right answers and that by default, by not giving up, we will win the fight.
To all the friends of Metronomia, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2021!
